Holding corporate incentive trips or conferences onboard a cruise is increasingly possible due to facilities available on modern luxury cruise ships. Cruise ships today promise a wide array of team-building activities and entertainment all under one roof. These are certainly attractive to corporate incentive groups, but will fun-filled cruise ships be suitable for serious corporate meetings and conferences? At the same time, cruise companies have been blamed for massive air and marine pollution left behind by their giant cruise ships. As more organisations demand suppliers and business partners to be aligned with their own CSR beliefs, what measures are cruise operators taking to be responsible to the environment? The 2nd Asian MICE Cruise Conference, to be held on 24 September in Bangkok, will discuss these issues and more. Senior executives from Genting Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise, Silverseas Cruise, Norwegian Cruise Line and Costa Asia have already confirmed speaking at the event. Organised in conjunction with IT&CMA, this event is open to all IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific delegates. To register for IT&CMA 2019 as buyer, click here. #ITCMA19 Comments are closed.
